I have a great opportunity for a No.1 Site Manager to join a luxury residential developer on a permanent basis, initially working on a new build, 10,000 sq. ft. luxury property in Weybridge, Surrey. The company designs, builds and refurbishes prestigious, bespoke residential homes in prime locations throughout London and Surrey to the highest standards. They ensure that every house is unique in its own way and every project is underpinned by a high level of service and after sales support.
They are looking for a No.1 Site Manager to take charge of a new build, 10,000 sq. ft. luxury house over 3 floors with a basement that incorporates a cinema room and gym. The ground floor contains the kitchen, utility room, large drawing room, games room, library, bar, study room, dining area, breakfast room and a double garage. The first floor consists of a master bedroom with master dressing, master ensuites, 5 more bedrooms with ensuites and a staff/laundry area with shower. Additionally, the house overlooks a golf course.
The Site Manager will need to have a track record of delivering similar luxury residential properties from inception through to completion, as the lead Site Manager, have all their tickets and be able to commute to Weybridge, Surrey on a daily basis.
Ideal Candidate:
- Track record working for a bespoke residential developer
- Experience of delivering luxury residential homes from inception through to completion
- Very good attention to detail with an eye for extremely high end finishes
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
- Able to commute to Weybridge, Surrey on a daily basis
