I have an excellent opportunity for a No.1 Site Manager to join an award winning housebuilder on a permanent basis, working on a large residential scheme near Bishops Stortford, Herts.
The company have been around for approximately 20 years, and during this time they have evolved into one of the leading housebuilders in the Country, with regional offices across the South East of England.
Their developments range from large family homes and luxury houses for growing families to city centre apartments. They are quality focused and are recognised as one of the leading, most trusted provider of quality homes throughout the UK.
They are looking for a No.1 Site Manager to work on a new build residential project near Bishops Stortford that consists of circa 200 flats and houses in total. The No.1 Site Manager will report to a Project Manager and will need to have previous experience working for a reputable housebuilder, with experience of RC frame, Timber frame and traditional construction methods.
Experience:
- Track record working for a reputable housebuilder as a No.1 Site Manager
- Excellent team player and man-manager able to motivate site teams
