My client is a high end residential developer currently seeking a new homes sales negotiator to work in one of their high end marketing suites on a site in Central London.

The ideal candidate for this role will have new homes experience; however, if you have a strong estate agency background you may also be considered for the role.

The following experience is intrinsic to the success of the application:

  • Experience of selling new homes
  • Off plan sales (desirable)
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in either residential development or estate agency
  • Competent IT skills

A competitive salary of between £28,000-£40,000 is offered along with a generous bonus structure and additional benefits.
