MEP Manager – Rail Station Build

Salary:

We have an immediate requirement for an MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Manager to work on a major London Underground and Network Rail Station Upgrade project in north London. Our client are looking for candidates who can hit the ground running.

The purpose of the project is the design and construction of a Station Upgrade including step-free access works, new footbridges, fit out, ticket line improvements and associated civils works. The project is underway and due to complete in 2021.

Reporting to the Project Director, the core duties will include:

  • Overseeing all MEP activities on site
  • Management of the MEP supply chain including procurement and subcontractor management
  • Planning upcoming works on short term programmes
  • Providing support to the Planning Manager for the project programme.

Our client are looking for a candidate to start ASAP.

Candidates should have PTS, CSCS and SMSTS/SSSTS and must have recent and significant LU experience to be familiar with LU systems and procedures.
