The project is a multi‐billion pound mega project working on mixed use scheme.

The purpose of this role for an M&E Project Manager is to manage the mega mixed use scheme, to make sure it is being completed on time and in the budget that has been set.

Ideal candidate

7-10 years\’ experience as a Project Manager.

You will be required to be degree qualified or have a similar construction management qualification.

Main contracting experience.

A strong track record as a Project Manager.

Projects seen through from inception to completion,

Having worked on mixed use schemes.

CSCS Card.

SMSTS certificate,

First Aid Certificate.
