Pinnacle are looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor for a new highways scheme in Wolverhampton, where you will take it from pre-construction through to delivery. You will play a pivotal role in delivering a critical infrastructure project from start to finish on a highways project.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all commercial aspects of the project
- Oversee subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and management
- Ensure accurate valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Provide strategic input on risk management and value engineering
- Collaborate closely with project teams
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior or Managing Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or infrastructure projects, ideally on Highways
- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial management principles
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
