I have an excellent opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable Main Contractor on a permanent basis, based out of their offices near Luton, Bedfordshire.
My client is a privately owned construction company with an enviable reputation for successfully undertaking new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects for a variety of private and public sector clients. The majority of their projects are within the education, leisure, commercial, industrial, healthcare and residential sectors. The company are very busy and have an increasing workload, and as a result they are looking to strengthen their commercial team by bringing in an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of the commercial team on a mixed bag of projects for a Main Contractor.
Qualifications
- Ideally Degree qualified or HND qualification
- Experience working for a reputable main contractor
- Ideally have experience working on a range of projects
- Career focused and driven to succeed
- Able to commute to Luton on a daily basis
