An exciting opportunity has just become available for a Senior Technical Manager to come on board with this established, national house-builder in East London to work on a high-rise residential project in Canary Wharf. The Senior Technical Manager reports to the Technical Director and is responsible for providing advice and support on all technical matters. Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure that municipal operations are maintained in an effective and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Appoint and manage external design team in conjunction with the Technical Director.
- Manage the technical review of tendered projects prior to submission.
- Manage the technical review of land-led projects prior to planning submission.
- Manage and oversee projects from successful tender/planning phase to site, to ensure an early start on site.
