My client is a leading residential developer based in Central London and they are currently looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to work on a luxury development in the heart of London.

The ideal candidate must have New Homes Sales Experience ideally for a residential developer or housebuilder within London. Must be highly motivated and target driven along with the desire to succeed and progress within the company. Must have excellent negotiation skills and excellent customer service skills.

In return, the company can offer you a strong salary and competitive OTE along with progression within the company as they are known to retain staff and promote from within. You will report into the Sales Manager and will be based on their current flagship project.

They are looking to interview potential candidates ASAP for the position with the successful applicant due to start in December/January 2018 depending on availability.
