A leading, award-winning, nationwide residential developer has an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, working on a new build scheme in North London that is due to start in the near future.
The company is one of the largest house builders in the UK, with multiple regional offices that have a great understanding of their local communities. They build a wide range of properties from one and two bedroom apartments to five bedroom detached houses.
They are a developer that does more than just build homes; they provide millions of pounds of infrastructure such as roads, sewers, landscaping and community facilities; they develop vibrant communities that fit into their surrounding areas and meet the needs of local people.
The project that is due to start soon is in North London and comprises over 280 units. There is an apartment block (RC) and a large number of traditional houses being built. This is a long term scheme and will require an experienced Quantity Surveyor that can work autonomously on a large, long term scheme.
- Ideally Degree qualified or other relevant construction qualification
- Strong track record working for a reputable housebuilder
- New build residential project experience is essential
- Able to work autonomously
- Excellent all round commercial skills
- Full UK Drivers Licence
