A leading Main Contractor based near Watford, Herts, have a great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, based from their offices and visiting sites within the region.
The company have been operating for over 30 years and are one of the most successful private and independent construction companies in the UK. They are committed to providing a first class, professional and enthusiastic service to their clients’ needs.
Through a determined pursuit of excellence and continuous client relationships they have evolved into a leading provider in the property refurbishment, new build, repair and maintenance markets across the UK.
They are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor that can work autonomously and manage 2 or 3 projects concurrently. The Quantity Surveyor will be working on a range of commercial projects, so will need to have good experience working on a variety of commercial projects for a reputable main contractor. Project values will range from £1m to £5m.
