An award winning, London based developer of exceptional residential properties has an excellent opportunity for a Project Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, based from their new offices in West London.
This modern, dynamic residential developer builds quality properties that reflect the aspirations of their residents, stimulate thriving communities and set a benchmark for modern living in the City of London. The company has been around for over 5 years and has already created a development pipeline worth over £2 billion. Their achievements have been recognised within the industry and they have won multiple awards, including newcomer of the year, and the new homes awards.
They are extremely busy and as a result are looking to strengthen their commercial team by bringing in a Project Surveyor. The role is office based, with regular site visits as and when required. All of their projects are based within the M25.
The Project Surveyor will need to have experience of overseeing new build residential developments from start to finish, have RC frame experience, and ideally a track record working on London based residential developments. They are looking for hard working, driven and career focused people that want to be a part of the business long term. This is a great opportunity to join a strong commercial team and work on some outstanding residential developments.
- Ideally Degree qualified or other relative construction qualification
- Minimum of 6 years' experience working for a reputable residential developer or main contractor
- Experience working on new build residential developments from start to finish
- RC frame experience
- London based project experience is ideal
- Career focused and driven to succeed
- Good commercial skills and awareness
- Full UK drivers' license
