A leading national main contractor that delivers multi-million pound public and commercial projects has a great opportunity for a Project Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, working on a £45m mixed use development in North West London.

The company delivers projects in a number of sectors including education, leisure, health, retail, hotels, offices, as well as national frameworks for Government and Local Authorities. They have been established for many years and are recognised as one of the most reputable main contractors in the industry.

The project in North West London is a £45m mixed use development comprising a research facility, on site patient hotel, offices and a covered car-park. The Project Surveyor will be based on site and will report to an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The Project Surveyor will need to have a strong track record working on a range of commercial projects for a reputable main contractor. Experience working on large, mixed use developments is ideal.
