A Project Quantity Surveyor is immediately required to join an award-winning residential developer. This is an immaculate opportunity for career progression; the ideal candidate must have previous residential developer experience and be able to start as soon as possible.
The project: The development will consist of 3,385 homes in total, a beautiful riverside walkway, new streets, connecting parks and squares, as well as new apartment buildings with views of the River Thames, a new school, shops, offices and riverside restaurants, catering for a population that is estimated to reach 10,000 by completion.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Preparation of contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials
- Ongoing cost analysis of maintenance and repair work
- Feasibility studies of client requests
- Analysing completed work and arranging payment to contractors
- Allocating upcoming work to contractors
- Site visits, assessments and projections for future work
