Responsibilities
- Deliver 2 office-to-residential schemes concurrently (each £8-10m, near each other).
- Manage all on-site activities to ensure the project is completed within time and budget.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines on site.
- Report to the Contracts Manager and coordinate with project stakeholders to drive successful delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering residential schemes; background in developer or main contracting is desirable, though experience with both is not essential.
- Proven track record managing projects through delivery from planning to completion.
