Pinnacle Recruitment urgently seek a Project Manager to work for our client who is renowned for completing large sites throughout London. This client has an excellent reputation for build quality and has partnered/acquired large multi-phased sites.
Responsibilities:
- The role will be to manage sub-contractors and ensure the site is built to programme and on budget.
- There will be Site Managers who report into you and you will report in to the Construction / Build Director.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will need to have Developer experience.
- It is desirable to have worked on multi-phase large regeneration type schemes that are not built by a main contractor.
