The company is an established, dynamic Main Contractor with a strong reputation within the construction industry, specializing in delivering large regeneration schemes based in London. They offer a variety of first-class comprehensive services with very good client relationships due to having a track record of success of completing projects on time, to budget, and to the very highest standards.
Due to their growing success and innovative business, they are currently seeking an ambitious, experienced Head of Technical to join their team. They have established a reputable name with buyers, investors, and within the industry for producing desirable new homes at affordable prices and have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships.
Responsibilities- Experience of managing and providing guidance and support to new build high-rise residential schemes
- Degree Qualified in architecture, engineering, or construction management
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Power Projects, and Power Point
- Design and engineering construction knowledge
- Technical and Building Construction knowledge
- Building Regulations knowledge
- A good understanding of NHBC legislation
- Strong on Health & Safety / CDM Regulations
- Good understanding of Planning legislation
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to grow within the business
- Knowledge and experience of new build projects
- Good problem solver and ability to work with minimal instruction
- Smart, presentable, and happy to deal directly with customers
- Punctual, reliable, and good practical skills
- Established track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Up to date CSCS and SMSTS certificate
