We currently have a vacancy in West London for a main contractor working on a regeneration project that is refurbishment of blocks of flats that includes new build houses and new amenities. The project is programmed for the next 7 years and is split into multiple phases.
You must have experience of working for a main contractor and should have experience of new build projects as well as cut and carve refurbishment projects. It is a large site and you will be in charge of a set area looking after all trades and finishes for your section.

- Ran the finishes of high end residential projects
