Job description & Responsibilities
My client is looking to add to their growing team with the addition of Finishing Foreman on a permanent basis on a number of luxury residential schemes. You will report into a Finishing Manager/Project Manager in which you will help drive the finishing stages of the developments on towards completion. Each development consists of high end luxury apartments ranging from 1-4 bedrooms.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- The ideal candidates must have experience working for a developer or main contractor on all internals of high end residential projects.
- The ideal candidates will have experience with all finishing stages from 1st fix, 2nd fix, snagging, de-snagging and completion, CML’s through to handover.
- Candidates must have a valid CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid and coming from a trade’s background would be ideal.
