A highly respected and reputable Main Contractor that has been operating for over 80 years has an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis, based from their offices in Hertfordshire.
The company carries out high quality restoration and refurbishment services to residential and commercial properties, including listed buildings. Their experience of blending traditional craftsmanship with innovative techniques has led to the business being awarded a number of prestigious projects over the years. Business is going strong and with a number of exciting projects currently ongoing and in the pipeline, they are looking to bring in a Contracts Manager to oversee a number of exciting projects across Hertfordshire and London. This is a great opportunity to work on some high quality projects and be a key member of the business.
Experience:
- Background working for a reputable Main Contractor
- Track record working on refurbishment and restoration projects (residential and commercial)
- Able to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Good longevity with previous employers
- High level of energy and ambition
- Full UK’s Drivers’ License
