A leading, highly reputable Main Contractor that undertakes a range of projects within multiple sectors has an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join their Special Works Division on a permanent basis.

The company has been around for a very long time and has a great reputation within the industry. They turnover circa £50m and deliver projects in London, as well as the Home Counties. The Special Works Division carries out a range of work including internal and external refurbishments, fit-out and alteration projects, between £100,000 and £3m in value, with a range of public and private clients predominantly within the Education and Healthcare sectors.

They are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager that has a strong track record of managing multiple projects within the Education and Healthcare sectors. Experience working for a similar company within a Special / Small Works Division would be highly advantageous. The position will be based out of their offices near Harpenden, Herts, and working on projects across the Northern Home Counties and London.

Experience:
  • Background working for a reputable Main Contractor
  • Track record working on Education and Healthcare projects between £100,000 to £3m is ideal
