A Bid Writer is urgently required to work for a well-respected main contractor with a very high profit turnover. You will be working on projects including residential, commercial, education and healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all bids within the department to ensure consistent content, message and presentation.
- Make sure all bids have a win strategy that is communicated to all of the members on the team.
- Develop a strategy for winning each individual bid.
- Manage final negotiations leading to Contract signing.
Experience & Qualifications:
- You are required to have a relevant construction degree.
- Experience of bid management.
- Proven success in winning bids/tenders in the construction industry.
- Well-developed presentation and communication skills.
- High quality presentational skills.
- Track record of successfully managing multiple bids.
