Sales Manager – North of England
Salary: £45,000
Location: North England
This is a new UK position created due to continued growth. Opportunity for a global security solutions manufacturer that has built a solid reputation as a recognised leader in the field of high‑end security systems.
Seeking a proven sales professional who can self‑manage and create their own plan for success. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be involved with an innovative solution during an evolving time for the security industry.
Specific functions of this role will include:
- Able to create solution‑based sales – to understand technical issues and develop solutions.
- Strong communication skills up to board level; partner channel management; and internal liaison.
- Confident with presentations to groups (PowerPoint & software demonstrations).
- Create clear documentation when required.
- Respond to expectations.
- Must have a full driving licence.
- Based from home and operating in the UK, primarily focusing on developing business in the Midlands and the North.
- Mandatory attendance at the UK office as required and occasional visits to the Netherlands HQ.
- Prospect building and sales development in chosen markets.
- Liaison with business partner companies to create turnkey solutions.
- Must ensure sufficient product knowledge – self‑learning and mandatory training mandatory.
- Contribute to commercial partner training.
- Participate in commercial activities such as seminars, exhibitions, presentations and demonstrations.
The candidate must be conversant with network‑based solutions, ideally from the security industry—this includes access control systems, CCTV/IP Video, intrusion, intercoms and integrated systems.
