A highly regarding Developer that are known for their quality homes in London are on the lookout for a Land Manager to join their busy team.

The developer concerned are in a period of rapid growth and are hoping to build 750 units per annum from next year. They are bidding against some of the most well known developers in London and winning or coming second on a large number of them.

The ideal candidate will be degree qualified and have a minimum of 2 years Land Acquisition experience. Sites will vary in size from 30 units – 200 units and the successful person will have experience of conducting due diligence in addition to being keen and hungry for success. Experience of using a coins system will be an advantage.

The role will incorporate front end development management skills in addition to pure land acquisition so will have exposure to planning systems and layout designs.
