Privately owned Developer based in London urgently require either a seasoned Land Director or an Associate/Senior Land Manager who is ready to take a step up for their growing office based in London. The Developer concerned are building approximately 500 units per annum throughout various areas in London covering zones 3 – 6 but will consider other commuter locations if desirable and able to construct apartments between 80 – 300 units. The product is of good quality and is selling and there are options to look at PRS and JVs.

The ideal person will need to have strategy, be process driven, pro-active and highly motivated to lead the land team. There are currently a number of high profile developments in production and being taken through the planning stages and my client seek a leader with contacts that can get deals over the line.

In return the successful applicant will work in a relaxed environment where all design, planning, development and production departments pull together to achieve excellent results. By hitting targets there will be a number of large bonuses earned both individually and for the team and this is a real opportunity to have shares in a company the successful person can help grow to the next level and achieve both job satisfaction and tremendous earning potential.
