An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Land/ Land Director to join a vibrant Developer with significant funding who are looking to acquire sites in commuter areas to build out a good quality product.

Sites acquired will be outer zones of London, all Home Counties and further out commuter areas. The sites will be able to deliver anything between 4 – 40 units of a decent quality product that will range in price to approximately £1.5m ensuring sale.

To ensure maximum profit margins the sites will mainly be acquired unconditionally but all forms of acquisition will be considered including semi-strategic to ensure acquisitions are made.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring these types of sites all around the M25 and beyond, have a number of contacts and be a pro-active door knocker who can find the “Holy Grail” of deals. You will be aware of immediate acquisitions and long-term deals up to 7 years and be able to produce site opportunities that fit with the developer ethos.

In return you will receive a very good basic salary coupled with profit-related bonus and share options in the company following the success of deals. The overall package for this will be significantly north of £400k depending on results and is of course uncapped earnings that relate to profitability of the deals and share options in the company.
