The project consists of high end apartments with penthouses and 3-6 bedroom houses all with high end finishes on a prestigious site. You should have experience of running the finishes of all trades onsite and having 40+ contractors under you. You may also be required to speak to clients as they are viewing the properties. You will need to have experience of working for a high end residential developer in a similar capacity and be able to provide references to prove this.
