I have an excellent opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a major building contractor based in Milton Keynes on a permanent basis, working on a range of projects across multiple sectors.
The company has been operating for approximately 15 years and has continuously grown from strength to strength. They work on a range of projects including new build, refurbishments, fit-outs and maintenance across multiple sectors including commercial offices, warehouses, industrial buildings, residential / high end residential, leisure buildings and more.
The company is continuing to grow and is winning more work as a result of their success and respected reputation. As a result, they are looking to strengthen their commercial team by bringing in an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor.
They are looking for someone that has a strong track record working for a reputable Main Contractor, with experience working on a range of refurbishment and fit-out projects across multiple sectors such as commercial offices, industrial warehouses, retail and leisure buildings. Project values are generally between £500,000 to £3m.
Experience:- Degree Qualified or other relevant qualifications
- At least 3 years’ experience working for a reputable Main Contractor
- Track record working on a range of refurbishment / fit-out projects up to £3m in value
- Experience across a range of sectors including commercial offices, industrial warehouses, retail and leisure
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong commercial skills and awareness
- Full UK Drivers’ License
- Able to commute to Milton Keynes on a daily basis
