They deliver projects in London and the Home Counties, including new builds, refurbishments, fit-outs, and alterations ranging from £100,000 to £10m. Their clients span public and private sectors, such as schools, universities, hospitals, retail, hotels, and commercial offices.
The role involves joining the Pre-Construction team to support the bid process, providing programming, logistics, and method statements for project delivery. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years' experience with a reputable Main Contractor, working on projects up to £10m, encompassing new builds and refurbishments in education, healthcare, and commercial sectors.
