A leading, highly reputable Main Contractor that undertakes a range of projects within multiple sectors has an excellent opportunity for an Intermediate Planner to join the business on a permanent basis.

The company has a long-standing presence and a strong reputation within the industry, with a turnover of circa £70m. They deliver projects in London and the Home Counties, including new builds, refurbishments, fit-outs, and alterations ranging from £100,000 to £10m. Their clients span public and private sectors, such as schools, universities, hospitals, retail, hotels, and commercial offices.

The role involves joining the Pre-Construction team to support the bid process, providing programming, logistics, and method statements for project delivery. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years\’ experience with a reputable Main Contractor, working on projects up to £10m, encompassing new builds and refurbishments in education, healthcare, and commercial sectors.

Experience:

• Ideally Degree qualified or other relevant qualifications
• Background working for a reputable Main Contractor
• Track record working on projects up to £10m
• Experience across sectors like education, healthcare, and commercial
• Experience in new build and refurbishment projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High energy and ambition levels
• Reside within a commutable distance of Hitchin, Hertfordshire
