A leading, highly reputable Main Contractor that undertakes a range of projects within multiple sectors has an excellent opportunity for an Intermediate Planner to join the business on a permanent basis. The company has been around for a very long time and has a great reputation within the industry. They turnover circa £70m and deliver projects in London, as well as the Home Counties.
They carry out a range of work including new builds, internal and external refurbishments, fit-out and alteration projects, between £100,000 and £10m in value, with a range of public and private clients. Projects are varied and include schools, universities, hospitals, retail, hotels and commercial offices.
They are looking for an Intermediate Planner to join the Pre-Construction team, to support the bid process and provide programming, logistics and method statements functions on how to deliver projects.
They are looking for someone with at least 4 years’ experience working for a reputable Main Contractor, ideally with a track record working on projects up to £10m in value including new build and refurbishments across education, healthcare and commercial sectors.
Experience:- Ideally Degree qualified or other relevant qualifications
- Background working for a reputable Main Contractor
- Track record working on projects up to £10m in value
- Experience across various sectors including education, healthcare, commercial
- New build and refurbishment experience
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of energy and ambition
