Overview
Head Of Construction/ Associate Director £30000 – £42000 DOE + High Commission + profit share
We are looking to recruit a Head of Construction Sector leading to Associate Director then Equity Director role.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Building Construction & Residential Team within Pinnacle. The team will be a mixture of Permanents and Temporaries consultants.
- Help propel Pinnacle Recruitment to the next level.
- Provide dedicated management with a successful track record of headhunting staff and a successful desk within Building or Residential management.
- Operate in a results oriented industry; leverage high commission and team share rewards.
Qualifications
- Experience managing within either a Construction or Residential Recruitment Desk.
- Proven track record of leading a team and being a successful biller within Residential & Construction Industries.
- Professional headhunting experience is required.
