Overview Solid Residential Developer building new homes for a number of years, delivering enviable quality homes throughout the South East and London.

They work on a range of residential projects which include large-scale developments, incorporating residential and mixed use projects and are financially strong with a good portfolio of work.

Due to their success they are looking to expand the Technical Team based in Farnborough and are specifically seeking strong to oversee projects from start to finish and able to drive a team to meet high standards worth of work.

They are seeking an individual who has good knowledge within the residential sector, able to get the ground running, self-motivated, proactive and be able to demonstrate ability to co-ordinate and lead the design process unaided.

Looking for someone who can demonstrate stability on their CV but also seeking someone who is ready to take their next exciting challenges.

Key Attributes Experience in reinforced concrete, high rise residential projects.

Dynamic team player who is able to drive a team and be able to make decisions autonomously Previous experience of leading your own team Been involved in large residential schemes.

Enthusiastic and able to drive a team and able to communicate well with others.

Looking for a methodical, degree qualified in construction or equivalent A good working knowledge of Building Regulations and NHBC Technical Standards.

Good team player with ability to liaise confidently and professionally with clients, consultants and construction teams.

Highly motivated with strong desire to grow within the business Established track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Responsibilities Achieving quality in design and maintaining the company’s innovative market.

Delivering the project working through colleagues and partners.

Managing information flow in a project.

Problem solving on a day to day basis.

Driving innovation in the supply chain management.

Coordination of specialist sub-contractor design integration.

Provide a practical and cost effective design service to the company.

Management of in-house and external designers to ensure that best practice is followed Jointly responsible for producing technical design solutions within cost plan or approved appraisal budget.
