We currently have a vacancy for a Project Manager based on a new residential development in Richmond for one of London’s most prestigious developers. The project consists of a high-end housing development in one of outer London’s most affluent areas, consisting of 75 4-5 bedroom houses and is planned to last for 3 years.
You should have experience of working as a Project Manager on large residential developments with high-end finishes, running all aspects of the project and reporting into the Project Director.
Duties will include:
- Running all aspects of the project and ensuring that costings are met
- Making sure that the project is running on time
- Dealing with any issues that arise in line with company policy ensuring an appropriate outcome
- Reporting and dealing with any problems with sub-contractors immediately
Requirements:
- Black CSCS Card
- Experience of being a Project Manager on a large residential
- Proven record of delivering high-end residential projects
