A luxury residential developer has an immediate requirement for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on a freelance basis, working on a high rise residential development in Central London. The company has been operating for close to 30 years, developing and building luxury residential properties in prime locations across London.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will need to have at least 10 years’ experience with a strong track record of working on new build, high rise apartment blocks, for a reputable housebuilder. This is a long term freelance position for the right person and could lead to a permanent role.

- Able to commute to Central London on a daily basis
