A luxury residential developer have an immediate requirement for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on a freelance basis, working on a high rise residential development in Central London.
The company have been operating for close to 30 years, developing and building luxury residential properties in prime locations across London. They are looking for a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a 75 storey residential scheme in Central London.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will need to have at least 10 years’ experience with a strong track record of working on new build, high rise apartment blocks, for a reputable housebuilder. This is long term freelance position for the right person and could lead to a permanent role.
Key Experience:
- Extensive experience working on new build residential developments
- High rise experience
- RC frame experience
- Able to commute to Central London on a daily basis
Salary: £300 to £350 per day
