A major Civil Engineering Contractor is seeking a Foreman to work in the Midlands area on a Highways Project. The client is looking for an experienced Civil Foreman with primarily Highways/Civil experience for this exciting opportunity.

The candidate will:

• Have worked on projects valued at £30m or more
• Be responsible for 30 or more direct labour/subcontractors daily
• Possess IOSH / NEBOSH safety qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with site teams
• Manage construction works
• Liaise with onsite personnel, clients, and stakeholders
• Assist in planning processes
• Implement and ensure compliance with company procedures and standards (reporting, risk management, finance, HR, SHE, quality, corporate image)
• Ensure work is carried out safely, adhering to safety, health, environmental management systems
