Our client is a leading main contractor specialising in the fit-out and refurbishment of office/commercial buildings and commercial offices. Based in Central London, they specialise in fit-out and refurbishment of commercial offices. Project values range in size from £5m up to £25m in value. Due to an increase in workload in 2016 and beyond they are currently looking for driven experienced Project Managers with tendering experience.
You will be capable of managing a project with values ranging from £5m to £25m. The projects will be in and around London in the commercial office sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a company with an excellent reputation in the industry. This role would suit somebody with the desire to achieve results by hard work and be part of an organisation with a structured growth plan. The working environment is very friendly with low staff turnover.
