Overview:
I am currently working with one of the UK’s leading Residential Developers on a large project based in the Colindale (North West London) area. My client prides themselves on building beautiful homes while integrating parks, public areas, and creating a friendly community.
The project consists of 4 blocks, predominantly featuring Brickwork façade with UPVC windows and curtain walling/cladding for the penthouses.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the external Project Manager in managing the external envelope of the project.
- Oversee trades including Scaffolding, Brickwork, Windows, Cladding, and Waterproofing.
- Ensure a good understanding of façade details and maintain quality of works as the main priority.
