Position: External Site Foreman/Working Foreman
Reporting to: Director
Location: Cardiff & UK Wide
Salary: Day rate
Regions: London, South East, South West, Southern England
Current Project: Removal of cladding (composite panel), Rockwool insulation, aluminium frame, and brackets. A 15-storey residential block. Work will be done at height from a mast climber.
Foreman will work in a gang of 2 people and manage 1 or 2 other gangs on the project.
Project Location: Cardiff
Start Date: Week commencing Monday 13th August
Job Length: 8-10 weeks
Accommodation will be provided (rent and bills covered).
Mileage from Home to Cardiff and back will be covered at standard rate (one return trip per week).
Future Prospects:
- This is a new business line for an established UK-wide developer/main contractor.
- Potential to be rehired for other sites as jobs are won, with eventual in-house transition to a permanent staff member.
- Opportunities for promotion from foreman to project manager, project director, regional manager, and nationwide manager.
Mandatory Experience & Certification:
- Prior experience in rainscreen cladding work.
- Prior supervisor experience.
- CSCS card.
- First aid certificate.
