Facade Site Foreman – Residential Project – 10 week Contract

Position: External Site Foreman/Working Foreman
Reporting to: Director
Location: Cardiff & UK Wide
The current project involves the removal of cladding (composite panel), Rockwool insulation, aluminium frame and brackets from a 15 storey residential block. Work will be done at height from a mast climber. The foreman will work in a gang of 2 people and manage 1 or 2 other gangs on the project.

- Project location: Cardiff
- Start date: w/c Monday 13th August
- Job length: 8-10 weeks
- Accommodation will be provided (rent and bills are covered)
- Mileage from home to Cardiff and back will be covered at standard rate (one return trip allowed for each week)
- Future prospects: this is a new business line for an established UK wide developer/main contractor, with potential for permanent employment and career progression.
