A leading, award-winning, nationwide residential developer has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis, working on a new build scheme in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
The company is one of the largest house builders in the UK, with multiple regional offices that have a great understanding of their local communities. They build a wide range of properties from one and two bedroom apartments to five bedroom detached houses. They are a developer that does more than just build homes; they provide millions of pounds of infrastructure such as roads, sewers, landscaping and community facilities; they develop vibrant communities that fit into their surrounding areas and meet the needs of local people.
The project in Aylesbury comprises circa 120 units, inclusive of 3 storey flats as well as houses, and is traditional build. The project is currently at the groundworks stage and is a 2 year scheme.
They are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager with a proven track record of delivering large new build residential projects from inception through to completion.
- Proven background of delivering large new build residential projects from inception through to completion (Traditional Build)
- Experience working for a reputable house builder
- Excellent all round construction knowledge
- Strong man management skills / ability to lead and motivate full site teams
- First Aid, SMSTS and CSCS
