I have an opportunity for a No.1 Site Manager to join a well-established Main Contractor on a permanent basis, working on projects throughout Oxford. The company has been operating for over a century, carrying out a range of new build and refurbishment projects across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare and education, up to £5m in value. The business has a lot of work ongoing and in the pipeline and are looking to bring in a Site Manager to join their Special Works Division as soon as possible.
A lot of their projects are college and school refurbishments in occupied buildings so they are looking for someone comfortable and familiar doing this. The ideal Site Manager will have experience working on education refurbishment projects, on projects up to £1m in value. Additionally, a carpentry background is preferable.
Experience:- Experience working as a No.1 Site Manager for a reputable Main Contractor
- Track record working on education refurbishment projects up to £1m
- Familiar working in occupied buildings
- Ideally come from a carpentry background
- CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
- Able to commute to and work in Oxford on a daily basis
