I have a great opportunity for a No.1 Site Manager to join the Special Works Division of an award-winning Main Contractor on a permanent basis, based out of their Swindon region. The company operates throughout central and southern England, delivering quality D&B, new build, refurbishment and restoration projects up to £20m in value. They have been around for many years and have formed successful long-term partnerships with their clients by delivering efficient, high-quality projects.
The work is in a number of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Restoration, Commercial, Industrial and Sports and Leisure. They have a Special Works Division that carries out a range of refurbishment projects up to £1m in value, and they are looking for a No.1 Site Manager to come on board and oversee projects within this Division.
The ideal person will have a strong track record working on smaller refurbishment/extension projects up to £1m in value.
Experience:- Ideally Degree Qualified or other relevant construction qualification
- Experience working for a reputable Main Contractor
- Track record working on smaller refurbishment/extension projects up to £1m in value
- Track record working on projects in the Education, Healthcare and Commercial sectors
- First Aid, SMSTS, CSCS
- Full UK Drivers’ license
- Able to commute to Swindon on a daily basis
