I have a great opportunity for a No.1 Site Manager to join a well-respected Main Contractor with a turnover of circa £170m on a permanent basis, working within their Oxford region. The company has been operating for over 40 years, undertaking a variety of projects across a range of sectors including commercial, research and development, manufacturing, automotive, healthcare and education. The company has continuously grown over the years, sustained and aided by the fact that a large proportion of their work is awarded on a repeat order basis from an extensive and expanding client base. They opened up their Oxford region over a year ago and are looking to bring more quality people on board; this is a great opportunity to get in with a developing region and be a key part of the business.
They are looking for an experienced No.1 Site Manager with a strong track record of overseeing projects from £1m up to £15m across a range of sectors. The ideal person will have experience of new build and refurbishment projects, including special works projects lower in value.
