A leading, highly reputable Main Contractor that undertakes a range of projects within multiple sectors has an excellent opportunity for a No.1 Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis, initially working on a £2m new build block at a School near Chertsey, Surrey.
The company has been around for a very long time and has a great reputation within the industry. They turnover circa £60m and deliver projects in London, as well as the Home Counties.
As a business, they carry out a range of work including new build, internal and external refurbishments, fit-out and alteration projects, between £100,000 and £10m in value, with a range of public and private clients.
They have a project due to start soon near Chertsey, Surrey. The project comprises some demolition works and a £2m new build block at a School. The project is due to start towards the end of February and they are ready to interview now. Following on from this project, the business has a number of other similar projects kicking off within the region.
Experience:
- Track record working on education projects for a reputable main contractor
- Experience delivering new build and refurbishment projects up to £5m in value
- Understand the 2-stage D&B procurement route
- Strong on Health & Safety and paperwork
- Presentable with strong client-facing skills
- Excellent man management skills
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
