A leading contractor that carries out dry‑lining, ceilings and specialist internal fit‑out projects has an excellent opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, working on site in London and one day a week in their offices in West Sussex.
The company has been operating for over 20 years and has established itself as one of the largest drywall specialist contractors nationwide, with a turnover exceeding £50m. They carry out dry lining, ceilings, partitioning and specialist internal fit‑out projects for Main Contractors, from design inception through to installation.
They are a successful, growing business that is dedicated to providing the very highest standards of quality and delivery, consistently exceeding client expectations. They have a lot of London‑based projects currently underway and in the pipeline, between £5m and £15m in value.
They are looking to strengthen their commercial team by bringing in an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor who will be based on site in London 4 days per week and will spend one day in West Sussex. The ideal candidate will have a Degree qualification and at least 5 years’ experience, with the confidence and ability to work on their own projects autonomously. A background working on dry lining, ceilings and partitioning is essential.
