I have a great opportunity for an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor to join a growing Main Contractor on a permanent basis, working within their Social Housing team and based out of their offices in High Wycombe, Bucks. The company carry out new build, fit out and refurbishment projects, always providing value, reliability and high quality workmanship.
Project values range between £500,000 – £10m and their area of operations cover London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Surrey. They are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Estimator to join their growing Social Housing team which have been awarded a framework with a number of Housing Associations.
This part of their business is growing year on year, and this is a great time for a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator to take on a new challenge in a growing, dynamic business. They are looking for somebody that has a track record working for a Social Housing specialist Main Contractor that is looking for a new challenge to join an expanding and dynamic Main Contractor that are making serious progress year after year.
