A leading Main Contractor that has been operating for over 100 years has an excellent opportunity for a Design Manager to join them on a permanent basis, based out of their offices in Oxford. The company has a great reputation in the industry for delivering a range of projects across multiple sectors nationwide, up to £30m in value. They have regional offices across the country; this particular opportunity is with their Oxford region. With a number of projects ongoing and in the pipeline, they are looking to bring in a strong Design Manager as soon as possible.
Upcoming projects include new build student accommodation and traditional build houses, and they are looking for someone with a strong track record working on projects like this.
- Design Manager:
- Degree Qualified / HNC / ONC
- Experience of managing and providing technical guidance and support within a Main Contracting environment
- Track record working on new build student accommodation / traditional build housing
- Strong on all Microsoft programs
- Ideally have experience using 4 projects and / or Asta Powerproject
- Able to commute to Oxford on a daily basis
