This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong surveyor with experience working on civil engineering, rail projects , who is comfortable working on night shifts and wants the opportunity to develop their career within a long-term, established business. The Role As an Engineering Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing accurate surveying support across a range of civil rail infrastructure projects. You will work closely with Site Managers, Engineers and Project Teams to ensure works are delivered accurately and to the required specifications. Your responsibilities will include: Setting out and surveying for civil engineering and rail works Carrying out accurate dimensional control and as-built surveys Establishing and maintaining survey control networks Setting out lines, levels, grids and coordinates Checking construction works against drawings and specifications Producing survey reports and records Working closely with Site Engineers and Project Managers Identifying and reporting any discrepancies or issues with setting out Maintaining accurate survey records and documentation Ensuring all surveying activities are completed in accordance with health
