Large Developer urgently seeks a Development Manager/Assistant Development Manager for one of their busy major regeneration schemes in Central London. This company has an excellent reputation for winning and building major regeneration schemes that transform areas into smart living environments with modern infrastructure and homes for all. They are known for developing people's careers and promoting on results.
The scheme itself is a 2000 unit 8 year programme and will transform the area. The role will be to assist the Development Director and Senior Development Managers on reserve matter applications, discharge of conditions, liaising with clients, stakeholders, TFL and all internal divisions and external consultants from M&E through to structural engineers.
This role will ideally suit someone who is currently an Assistant Development Manager looking to make a step up to Development Manager in 12 months or someone who is already a Development Manager who is happy to come in at an entry level, prove themselves and get the necessary experience on working major regeneration schemes that will allow them to further their career in the long term.
You must have Development Management experience working on 100+ unit schemes, be qualified with relevant appropriate qualifications. In return you can expect to work for one of the more prestigious names in the industry, gain experience on a number of large high profile regeneration schemes and be able to further your career with a forward-thinking organisation.
